You use your information for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) purposes, including targeted email and other interaction campaigns.

Sometimes we organize or sponsor surveys and contests. Participation in polls and contests is entirely optional. If you choose to participate, we may ask you for contact, demographic information, and other information, and we may ask you to accept additional terms and conditions.



Spotlighter software is designed to help you share your spot posts anywhere in the world. Most of the information you provide to us during your use of the services is information that you ask us to disclose to the public. You share your information when you use and communicate with our services, and we share your information to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our services.


Account Information. Your phone number, profile name, and photo, biography, status are available to anyone who uses our services, but you can configure your settings to manage the availability of certain information to communicate with other users and businesses you are with.

Our services are intended for general audiences and are not intended for anyone under the age of 13, anyone under the age of 16 in the European Economic Area, or anyone under the minimum age to use their services in their jurisdiction of residence (the“Minimum age”).
